Overview

The QR Label Template can be edited using the Report Designer. Please note that once the template is modified, the updated format will be retained as the default.

Note: The Report Designer module is only available in the Office site. Make the necessary changes and replicate the updated template to the vessel.

Goal

To successfully edit the QR Label Template to achieve the desired format/style, as shown in the attached example below:

Steps

Backup the default QR Label Template

1. Navigate to the stored BASSnet 2.11 SP3 - Reports file path.
2. Create a copy of the QR_mat_label.repx file
3. Rename the copy to something like QR_mat_label - backup.repx to easily identify it as the default backup file.

Open the Template in Report Designer

4. In BASSnet, open the Administration module and select Report Designer.

5. Select the QR_mat_label.repx file and click Open.

6. Edit the template as necessary.
   (For example, changing the font size in the image below.)

7. Then click Save.

Verify the Output

8. Check the overall design of the template is as expected results (see example below for reference).

9. Once verified, distribute the template to relevant vessels for testing.
