Overview
If the QR label is printing incorrectly, this sometimes happens if the Windows printer settings aren’t aligned with the DYMO specifications. Here’s a quick guide to help you check the Windows settings for the DYMO Printer.
Goal
To set the Windows printer settings that's aligned with the DYMO specifications.
Steps
- Go to Windows Settings > Search for Printers & Scanners.
- Click on the DYMO printer.
- Select Printing Preferences.
- When the preferences page appears, click Advanced.
- Confirm the paper size matches the DYMO printer paper size. If it doesn’t, you can select the correct one from the dropdown list.
- Select the correct paper size.
- Click OK to save the changes.
Note: For some versions of Windows, you may need to repeat this process in Printer Properties → Advanced tab → Printing Defaults to make sure that the settings apply globally.
